Snow covered mountain peaks can be easily spotted from Panamik and the village is nothing less than a paradise for nature-lovers. The hot water spring in Panamik is based at an astounding height of 10,000+ft above sea level. It is known for healing rheumatism and other ailments. Panamik village also serves as a base for a trek to Ensa Gompa, a 250yr old monastery.
Panamik Village is popular for its hot springs; they are believed to cure various health diseases because it is enriched with a high amount of Sulphur. Many locals and tourists come here to take a dip in the Sulphur hot springs. Besides, there are other major tourist attractions near Panamik such as Samstanling Monastery located in Summor village.
